Program Overview
The Thrive Impact Program (TIP) is a 12-week personal development and leadership initiative designed for students in grades 6–12. Our mission is to equip young people—especially those in underserved communities—with the skills, mindset, and support to thrive and make a meaningful impact.

Each unit includes engaging activities, guest speakers, and real-world challenges.
The Thrive Impact Challenge
As a final project, students design and implement a community service initiative based on real-world needs. Their projects are showcased in a final celebration event with opportunities for mentorship, funding, and recognition.
